This place, which opened in Tokyo's Ginza district in June 2020, has been extremely popular to the extent that people line up since early morning!

They follow the idea of 'freshly minced, freshly grilled, freshly made,' making sure each hamburger steak has craftsmanship.

Finally, Hikinikumoto, which quickly gained popularity in Japan with its charcoal-grilled hamburger steak as the sole menu item, has opened its sixth global store on Dosan-daero in Seoul.

 

The hamburger steak at Hikinikumoto Dosan is supplied by Seolseong Food, famous for Seolseong Farm.

 

Seolseong Food is also responsible for bringing the Hikinikumoto brand to Korea.

 

While Hikinikumoto uses wagyu beef in Japan, in Korea, they provide 100% domestically sourced antibiotic-free Hanwoo beef.

 

Additionally, they mentioned that they use Gyeonggi-do Pyeongtaek rice to cook the rice in the large pot located in the center of the store.

Here, when you order the 25,000 won set menu per person, they sequentially grill and serve three 90g hamburger patties according to the customer's eating speed.
