On the 14th, SK Telecom announced that it will enhance the AI capabilities of its call platform 'T Phone' and rebrand it as 'A.Dot Phone,' including changes to the service name and icon.

 

A.Dot Phone adds features from the AI personal assistant service ‘A.Dot’ app to the existing T Phone.

 

When a call comes in, the 'AI Prediction' feature will inform you in advance of the caller’s identity, and 'Conversation Tips' will suggest what to say next.

 

The 'Conversation Status' feature will summarize recent conversations with the caller to facilitate smooth communication.

In the 'A.Dot Tab,' it recommends contacts to call and reminds you of key points and schedules from past calls.

 

In addition to the call recording feature, the AI also provides a 'Call Summary' that summarizes key points from the conversation.

 

The 'Interpretation Call' feature, previously available only in the A.Dot app, has also been added, supporting Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese languages.

 

Additionally, it includes a 'Spam and Phishing Detection' feature, where AI detects and blocks even unreported spam and suspected voice phishing numbers in real time.

 

SK Telecom's AI-based real-time interpretation service 'A.Dot Interpretation Call' is available for free through the app for SKT A.Dot users.
