The Seoul Tourism Organization has released its own new service named ‘Seoul Real-time Tourguide(beta)’ through its website ‘Visit Seoul(korean.visitseoul.net)’.

It provides real-time tourism information about 24 main districts in Seoul such as Kwanghuamun, Myeongdong, Jamsil, Hongdae, Itaewon and Gangnam.

The information is based on real-time population data of KT and the shared big data of Seoul city.

Through this tourguide map, you can get information about which places are currently crowded with a big number of people, if there are left parking lots or if you can borrow the shared bicycles on the streets.

Moreover, you can also check the transportation situation on the streets and weather.

It suggests popular places and provides various events information based on your type of tour.

The Seoul Tourism Organization said that it begins with a trial services from now on but it will provide foreign language system in the future as well.
