Operational Status of T-Locker:
- Currently operational at 332 locations across 269 stations, totaling 5,511 lockers.
Locker Sizes and Usage Fees:
- Small (S): 50cm30cm60cm
- Medium (M): 50cm45cm60cm
- Large (L): 50cm90cm60cm
- Fees are categorized into basic charges for a 4-hour duration and additional charges per hour.
Usage Instructions for T-Locker:
- Both traditional and modern door lock systems are available. With the modern system, users can check station-specific availability, make payments, store items, and retrieve them through a dedicated app.
- Traditional door lockers are operated according to instructions provided on the locker itself.
Operating Hours and Contact Information:
- Operational hours extend from 05:00 to 24:00 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Access to lockers is restricted outside these hours.
- A helpline operates around the clock, with on-site assistance provided within 2 hours of a request.
Storage Guidelines:
- Prohibited items include valuables, perishables, live animals, firearms, and narcotics. Items stored for over 5 days are relocated to separate facilities.
- Items larger than 50cm in any dimension are not allowed. Lost items are stored for a maximum of 1 month before being disposed of or donated.

2. T-Luggage : Simplifying Your Travel Experience from Storage to Delivery
T-Luggage, short for Transit Luggage, is a convenient facility within stations where travelers can store their luggage or opt for same-day delivery to their destination.
Overview of T-Luggage Facilities : T-Luggage facilities are currently available at the following locations:
- Seoul Station: B1 Floor, Exit 1
- Hongik University Station: B1 Floor, Exits 3 and 4
- Myeongdong Station: B1 Floor, Exits 9 and 10
- Gimpo Airport Station: B1 Floor, Direction I-Center
Usage Fees (Storage Service):
- Basic 4-hour fee and additional charges are applicable, with rates consistent for weekdays and weekends.
- Sizes are categorized based on inches:
- S (~20"): KRW 3,000 on weekdays, KRW 4,000 on weekends, with an additional KRW 1,000 per hour.
- M (20~23"): KRW 4,000 on weekdays, KRW 6,000 on weekends.
- L (23~27"): KRW 6,000 on weekdays, KRW 9,000 on weekends.
- XL (27"~): KRW 9,000 on weekdays, KRW 13,000 on weekends.
Usage Fees (Delivery Service):
- Different rates apply for same-day delivery within Seoul and to/from the airport, with distinctions made between weekdays and weekends.

- Offline: Visit during operating hours (10:00-22:00, Open Year-Round)
- Online: Reserve storage or delivery services through Tluggage.co.kr by selecting the "Reservation" option.

3. Life Logistics Center (T-Storage)
T-Storage, short for Transit Storage, is a self-service personal storage rental facility located within subway stations.
It offers citizens the accessibility to store seasonal clothing, hobby items, business documents, and more for extended periods.
Overview of T-Storage Facilities: T-Storage facilities are available in various sizes, including 0.15 square meters, 0.3 square meters, and 0.5 square meters. These are situated in multiple subway stations across different lines.
Usage Fees for T-Storage:
- Fees vary based on the size of the storage unit and the duration of usage, with discounts offered for longer rental periods.
How to Use T-Storage:
- The T-Locker App enables users to select, pay for, and access storage units entirely remotely. Users can store and retrieve items at their convenience during subway operating hours.
Operating Hours and Contact Information:
- T-Storage operates 24/7 throughout the year, with customer service available via the helpline from 06:00 to 24:00.
Prohibited Items for Storage:
- Items such as cash, valuables, explosives, flammable materials, firearms, knives, live animals, and perishable goods are not allowed for storage.
