From the humble yet beloved Gural Noodles that originated in Daejeon to the nation's largest-sized Kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and the authentic, time-honored flavor of Naengmyeon (cold noodles), visitors can indulge in a variety of noodle dishes unique to Daejeon.
