The Kyochon Philbang omakase course is set up with six seats in total, matching the speakeasy concept.

It offers an eight-course (ten dishes) menu using native chicken and special chicken cuts.

This allows both domestic and international customers to enjoy a variety of sophisticated courses with the familiar ingredient of chicken, providing a new gourmet experience.

The current reservation rate for omakase at Kyochon Philbang is 90%, with foreigners accounting for 80% of all reservations.

Kyochon Philbang attracts customers' attention with its interior and exterior decor. Instead of a sign, a 'large brush' hanging in front of the building opens the hidden entrance door when pulled.

The interior is filled with brushes made by a master artisan of intangible cultural heritage, and the walls are finished with hanji (traditional Korean paper) lacquered by a craftsman, expressing 'Korean-ness' in a sophisticated and stylish manner.

The unique menu at Kyochon Philbang is also a key to its success.

The most popular dish is the 'Signature Platter,' where customers apply sauce to the chicken using a brush.

The plating, reminiscent of traditional Korean stationery such as brushes and ink stones, adds an element of fun as well as flavor.
