If you love K-pop, you might have seen BTS's Jungkook's new solo music video for 'Seven' with Han So-hee.

 

Jungkook's first official solo single, "Seven (Clean Ver.)," was released July 14th. Jung Kook's song "Seven," which includes Latto, debuts at the top spot on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl.

This achievement not only marks Jung Kook's first solo No. 1 on the charts but also represents Latto's first time reaching the No. 1 position.

 

 

The chart rankings are determined using a weighted formula that takes into account official streams from both subscription-based and ad-supported audio and video music services.

 

Additionally, download sales from full-service digital music retailers worldwide are considered, while sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites are not included in the calculations for the charts.

 

 

Jung Kook's "Seven," featuring Latto, makes an explosive debut at the top of the Billboard Global 200 chart.

 

It garnered a remarkable 217.1 million streams and sold 269,000 downloads worldwide from its release on July 14 through July 20.

He revealed the reason why he chose the song in 'Suchwita' SUGA's show.

 

Jung Kook proudly showcased the choreography for his first solo song, 'Seven,' and praised it saying, "The song is really good."

 

Regarding his promotional plans, Jung Kook shared, "It doesn't feel like a regular comeback; it feels like debuting in that market."

 

He mentioned that he is preparing for media promotions in North America and the UK.

 

He added, "I think the stage will start with 'Good Morning America.' I'll be performing 'Seven,' 'Dynamite,' and 'Euphoria.' I need to take good care of myself."

Explaining the inspiration behind 'Seven,' Jung Kook said, "When I received the song, I loved it so much that I thought, 'I have to do this.' If it wasn't for 'Seven,' I could still be resting.

 

Resting was so nice, and I was enjoying it, but 'Seven' opened a new door for me."

 

 

Jung Kook also mentioned that he worked on the album in the United States and made an effort to maintain the pride of a K-pop idol while doing a great job.
