Join us for a special tour of Museum Kimchikan 뮤지엄김치간, where you'll explore the wonders of kimchi. Here's what the program includes:
- Tour of the Kimchi Museum (30 minutes) : Discover the history, variety, and science behind kimchi's fermentation process.
- Kimchi-Making Class (30 minutes) : Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make kimchi with a professional instructor. It's not just any class; it's an authentic experience of Korea's kimjang culture.
- Free Exploration Time: After the class, feel free to explore the museum and get inspired!
Who Can Join?
- Who: If you're an international visitor in Seoul, this experience is for you!
- When: Happening twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 2:00 PM, lasting 90 minutes. It will get started again from march 2024 so please check application page for the latest schedule.
- Where: Museum Kimchikan, Insadong (35-4, Insadong-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul, floors 4-6 of Insadong Maru Building). It's a short walk from Jonggak Station (Line 1, Exit 3-1) or Anguk Station (Line 3, Exit 6).
- Capacity: Limited to 20 participants per tour, ensuring an intimate experience.
- Language: We welcome everyone with sessions available in English and Korean.
- Cost: Absolutely free! We believe in sharing the beauty of Korean culture with the world.

- Application: Secure your spot by filling out an application form at the following link. Remember, one form per person, so make sure to apply early!
