"In Seoul's Ttukseom Hangang Park, domestic and international artists are presenting a luxurious eco-friendly garden.

Samsung C&T's resort division announced on the 17th that they will unveil 'EverScape: Eternal Landscapes,' featuring Everland's heritage, at the 2024 Seoul International Garden Expo.

This expo, held at Ttukseom Hangang Park, showcased 76 gardens created by corporations, institutions, and domestic and international garden artists, with Samsung C&T's garden being the largest at 2,300 square meters.

 

It features 700 trees including Zelkova and Rubrum maple, and 16,000 flowers including rosemary, French lavender, and lavender.

Visitors can also see 'EverRose,' developed directly by Samsung C&T's resort division and winner of the top prize at the International Rose Competition.

 

The garden will be on permanent display until October after the main event of the 2024 Seoul International Garden Expo.

 

From spring to fall, visitors can witness the seasonal changes at Ttukseom Hangang Park.

Samsung C&T's resort division launched the landscaping brand 'EverScape' in 2018, leveraging over 50 years of landscaping expertise gained through developments including Everland and Yongin.

 

'EverScape: Eternal Landscapes' embodies the brand philosophy of coexisting with the Earth.

In response to recent climate change, the garden features spaces that visualize the rare sight of ice floes on the Han River and layers formed by the river's flow, as well as a structure called the 'Bridge of Time' where visitors can view both spaces, conveying a story of nature's restoration over time.

 

The use of recycled architectural materials and recycled plastics minimizes energy consumption.

 

A Samsung C&T resort division official stated, 'Through this garden, we hope to provide citizens with relaxation and healing, and to convey the importance of nature conservation.'"
