Staying fit is crucial, even when you're abroad.
For sporty folks in South Korea, finding the right gym can be challenging, especially on a budget.
Enter Da-gym, the ultimate gym service app.
It simplifies gym hunting, offering price comparisons and helping both locals and foreigners discover the perfect fitness options.
Even if you don't speak Korean, Da-Gym has you covered with a user-friendly interface.
This guide will be so easy even 7 years old baby can use it.
That is how convenient Da-gym is.
So buckle up!
This is what you will see after you downloaded the app.
Sadly, da-gym app do not have english language service so it will be very difficult for you to use if you are complete foreigner who never learned Korean language.
However, have no worry.
As you can see from the pictures, I have put some of the translation you will need when using the app.
Firstly, fitness center around you part, is basically talking about any gyms around you.
Not particularly just for fitness.
It can be boxing, pilates, crossfit, climbing, yoga and even sauna!
You can click the map part to see overall gym in your place and other places.
But I strongly recommend using fitness center around you because closer the gym is, the more consistent it will be!
when you click both gym around you or the map.
It will display list of the gym around you.
And you can observe them through the picture but if you feel skeptical you may visit the gym by yourself.
Da-gym will gives the location of the gym through the map.
Now if the picture hooked you and clicked it, this types of pages will pop up.
This page, you will see some of the rate 5 stars or stuff so you can understand if this gym actually good or not.
You can consult through the gym online but I don’t usually recommend that because most of them speaks Korean more than english.
So if you want consultation or getting Personal trainer in South Korea, I strongly suggest to master Korean first or may your colleagues or Korean friends be your Personal Trainer instead! Save your times and save your money!
If you scroll down from there, you can likely see the photo.
And translated of course.
Those price seems bit too high but majority of the gym membership will contains free towel and free workout clothes these days within those prices.
So they are pretty much reasonable prices in the capitalist country.
Some of the premium one will costs you 100,000 won and I suggest if you are just beginning to workout, just go for the cheap one because premium one has so many equipment that proficient bodybuilder uses.
Then you can select the membership you want out of the price then go for it.
Make sure the option contains words “헬스 이용권” and makes sure to look at total prices because da-gym itself won’t show you full price of the membership.
I empathize the facts those prices are for month.
As you can see as the number of month goes up, total price goes up as well.
So makes sure if those membership price fits to your situation.
Da-gym is very convenient app for those who want to workout.
It takes the hassle out of finding the perfect gym espec, making it accessible and budget-friendly.
Stay healthy and fit while exploring a foreign land with Da-Gym, with your personal guide from stay14 for affordable fitness solutions in South Korea!
